Previously the headquarters of cosmetics giant Maybelline, this triangular parcel at Ridge and Clark is now a modern mixed-use asset with 52 apartments and ground-floor retail anchored by B&W Gym, a community bastion since 1978. Following rezoning, the ground floor was converted into 17 new units with a green courtyard and recessed, fenced-patio apartments.
