Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Envoi Partners LLC ("Envoi", "we", "us") collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to envoi.partners and does not cover the separate Investor or Resident portals, which have their own terms and notices.

Information we collect

We collect two kinds of information:

  • Information you give us. When you submit the contact form, subscribe to updates, or email us, we collect the details you provide - typically your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message.
  • Information collected automatically. When you browse the site, our analytics provider collects standard, mostly non-identifying usage data such as the pages you view, referring links, approximate location (derived from your IP address), device and browser type, and how you move through the site. This is collected using cookies and similar technologies.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web-analytics service provided by Google, to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as your IP address, device and browser details, and the pages you visit, and processes that data on our behalf. Where supported, IP addresses are truncated/anonymized before storage, and we do not use Analytics to identify you personally or to serve advertising.

Information generated about your use of the site may be transmitted to and stored by Google. Google's handling of this data is governed by its own privacy policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy. You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data by declining analytics cookies (where a cookie banner is shown), by using browser controls, or by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Marketing attribution (Rent Dynamics)

We also use Rent Dynamics, a marketing-attribution service common in residential real estate, to understand which channels bring visitors and prospective residents to our site. Its script collects standard usage information similar to the analytics described above — such as your IP address, device and browser details, the pages you visit, and the source that referred you — using cookies and similar technologies, and processes it on our behalf to measure marketing performance. Rent Dynamics' handling of this data is governed by its own privacy policy, available at rentdynamics.com/privacy-policy. You can limit this collection with the same browser and cookie controls described above.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • respond to your inquiries and correspond with you - every message is read by a partner;
  • send updates you have requested, and let you unsubscribe at any time;
  • operate, secure, measure, and improve the website; and
  • comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use them for basic site functionality and, with the analytics described above, to measure usage. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and respond to you - for example our website host (Netlify), Google Analytics, Rent Dynamics, and email/form-handling tools - and only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Retention

We keep messages and contact details for as long as needed to respond and maintain our business records, and analytics data for a limited period in line with our provider's retention settings. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of analytics as described above. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. To make a request, email info@envoi.partners.

Other links and children

This site may link to third-party websites that we do not control and whose privacy practices are their own. The site is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the date above when we do, and material changes will be reflected on this page.
