A 1920 office-and-retail building on Chicago Avenue in River North — renovated in 2015 and just 57% leased when Envoi acquired it. Envoi reconfigured the second-floor office space for modern demand, and the building is now fully leased. It is also home to Envoi Partners: the firm works out of the building it repositioned, steps from the neighborhoods it serves.
